PURCHASE TERMS
In this document, the following terms are explained as follows:
“Siticone” refers to Siticone Framework Development Team and its Partners.
“We/Us” (Upper, Normal or Lower Case) refers to Siticone Framework Development Team and its Partners.
“Customer” means an individual or a legal entity purchasing a product offered by Siticone Framework Development Team and its Partners.
“User” refers to an individual or a legal entity using any product(s) offered by Siticone Framework Development Team and its Partners.
“Product” refers to Siticone Framework with its company being Siticone Framework Development Team.
You are hereby accepting these terms by placing an order for Product with Us. Orders placed by you directly or via an external distributor, are subject to these terms and conditions.
PRODUCT ACTIVATION AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT DETAILS:
You’re fully responsible for keeping your activation code, email address and password confidential. You’re also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized the access. In case of suspected unauthorized use, you’ll immediately notify us. We will not be responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked activation codes, emails and code passwords.
ACCOUNT DISPUTES
We do not arbitrate disputes over who owns an account / license. You won’t request access to or information about an account / license that’s not yours, and you’ll resolve any account-related disputes directly with the other party. We decide who owns an account / license based on the content of the emails in that account, and if multiple people or entities are identified in the content, then we’ll rely on the contact information listed for that account.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
Customer may place an order with Us via:
1. Online, using the product website www.siticoneframework.com
The following terms shall apply:
a. Order details shall be in English or any language supported by Google Translate.
b. Customer can modify order details before acceptance of the Customer order.
c. English is the preferred language for order-related enquiries.
d. Any order is not binding until accepted by Us.
Non-acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following:
a. failed payment
b. growing backlog
c. negative payment history
d. incomplete or incorrect order details such as missing e-mail address for delivery, missing Customer billing address, or a pricing or product description error, among others
e. ineligibility according to the order criteria (e.g. entitlement to upgrade or to certain Product purchase options restricted to particular users or purpose of use).
Customer my place order via our accredited software distributors as well. The terms and conditions here shall apply as well.
PAYMENT TERMS
We set prices and accepts payments for our Products in the following currency: USD. Prices are subject to change by Us and We reserve that right. We accepts major debit and credit cards (collectively, “payment cards”). We are not responsible for any payment failure resulting from inaccurate payment card details provided by Customer when placing an online order, any restrictions applicable to payment card by Customer’s bank, or payment gateway failure. We only accepts purchase orders from Customers with clear payment history. We work with partners such as Avangate, etc. to process payments and you fully accept and consent that all our partners process payments on our behalf and collect your data related to order processing.
DELIVERY
We ship no physical Products. Any details necessary to enable Customer to download and/or use the purchased Product (including license keys or access details where applicable) will be delivered by Us to the Customer via e-mail to an e-mail address provided by Customer. Customer is responsible for providing Us with a correct, valid and accurate e-mail address for delivery purposes. No shipment is charged by Us for delivery. We will do our best to deliver Product(s) purchased and other related activation information by Customer instantly via download and/ or email. We shall not be liable for any failure to deliver Product within a reasonable timeframe.
FREE TRIALS
Any free trial must be used within the specified time outlined by Us. The free trial service will stop upon expiry date and the product will stop working. Should that happen, users are advice to purchase an activation code in order to continue using the product. We reserve the right to notify the user that the product trial or subscription period has expired. The product will simply stop working.
TAXES AND DEDUCTIONS
Product prices do not include any national, state or local sales, use, value added or other taxes. Customer shall pay any/all such taxes, if applicable. Customer bears sole responsibility for any withholding tax liabilities, and no deductions shall be made by Customer from the amount payable to Us under our invoice.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
Any refund request following the Product purchase date will be subject to the prior authorization by Us and acceptance of such request shall be at our sole discretion.
DISTRIBUTION
You are free to distribute the Product to friends, family, colleagues.
MISCELLANEOUS
No terms and conditions other than the terms and conditions contained herein shall be binding upon Us and all it's authorised distributors unless accepted by us in writing signed by our duly authorized representative. If Customer’s terms and conditions of purchase are different from or in addition to these Purchase Terms, these Purchase Terms shall prevail. These Purchase Terms and any end-user license agreements or terms of use applicable to Products are subject to change by Us without notice. The Customer MUST regularly visit this section of the website to keep upto date with these binding terms and conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You hereby agree that We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service
NO WARRANTIES
We do not warrant that the Service or Product will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the quality of the products, information, service, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website will meet your standards, or that any errors in the Product will be guaranteed to be fixed.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information you provide us with will be used according to our privacy policy. The referred privacy policy is part if this terms and conditions.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Service, from any cause beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorist acts, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, zombie apocalypse, floods, strikes, power blackouts, volcanic action, unusually severe weather conditions, unforseen disasters, foreseen disasters, and acts of hackers or third-party internet service providers.
SEVEREABILITY
If it turns out that a section of this Agreement is not enforceable, then that section will be removed or amended as necessary, the rest of the Terms will still be valid.
SURVIVABILITY
Should this Agreement be terminated, the following sections will continue to apply: Proprietary Rights Owned by Us, Proprietary Rights Owned by You, Compliance with Laws, Limitation of Liability, No Warranties, Indemnity, Choice of Law, Severability, and Entire Agreement.
AMENDMENTS AND WAIVER
Amendments or changes to these Terms won’t be effective until we post revised Terms on the Website. If we don’t immediately take action on a violation of these Terms, we’re not giving up any rights under the Terms, and we may still take action at some point.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. We may assign our rights to any other individual or entity at our discretion. We reserved the full rights.
DISCLAIMERS
We are not responsible for the behavior of any advertisers, linked websites, or other Members.
NOTIFICATION OF SECURITY BREACH
In the event of a security breach that may affect you or anyone with an account, we will do our best to notify you of the breach within 96 hours and provide a description of what happened. Should we prompt you further action you should take e.g. change of password etc. please take those steps as you are responsible to your account management.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Indonesia, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non-]exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the republic of Indonesia and/or Indonesia. This will be decided by Us and we reserve the right.

c) With the above two point in mind, a refund is possible within 14 days if the purchased product's activation is not registered or activated.
d) A refund is not possible if the purchased product's activation is registered or activated.
e) Before purchasing, you need to check for problems by using the free trial version.
f) If you need a list of known problems, you may contact us by visiting the connect section found on the top of every page.
g) If you need more information about the product(s) you may contact us.
h) If you need additional trial period, you may contact us.
i) We reserve the right to grant extended trial period based on several factors including a real reason and cause for such an extention.

LICENSE TERMS
License Type
Activation Code is per developer meaning each developer should have a unique activation code. Each code allows up-to two(2) activations (two machines/devices/PCs). If you are collaborating you can have two devices activated using the same activation code.
Subscription
All renewals are paid annually from date of purchase
Limitations
Design time is limited when the activation code expires i.e. you will not be able to edit your project in design time using the framework if you do not renew your activation code.
No run time limitations
When the activation code expires,compiled projects including deployes systems, software, projects developed using our framework will continue to function without any hindrances.
Feature updates
Free feature updates will be made available to all specific products within an active subscription period.
Source code
NOTE: We do not provide the product's source code.
Royalties and distribution
You will not pay any royalties for applications you make and deploy using our framework. You can sell and distribute applications you make using our framework, royalty free! No attribution is required.
Resetting and transfers
If you bought a new PC or need to transfer your license to another machine, you can use the framework manager to manage (activate, deactivate and reactivate) your activation codes. Wehave made this for your convenience.
Post expiry
Your compiled applications will continue running even after expiry of license. However, your will not be able to edit your project / solution in design time.
Bug fixing
Will be handled on case by case basis which will dictate the timeframe for resolving bugs.
Free Trial
We provide a 30-day free trial for all users. Upon trial expiry, you will need to purchase to continue using the product.

f) We are not responsible for the performance of the evaluation copy but we are always willing to solve bugs that may arise.
g) If you encounter a bug or a problem, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so that we improve your experience and avoid inconveniences
h) If you need additional information about evaluating our products, you may contact us.
i) We reserve the right to cut short, deny or grant you an evaluation of all or any of our products.

REFUND TERMS
SITICONE REFUND POLICY
Any refund request following the Product purchase date will be subject to the prior authorization by Siticone PBC. It will be investigated case by case and acceptance of such request shall be at the sole discretion of Siticone Framework Development Team PBC.
To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with Siticone Framework Development Team PBC, You would need to contact Siticone Framework Development Team PBC via email at support@siticoneframework.com, or by accessing your account with Sitione Technologies PBC's payments processing partner, 2Checkout. This is the account you used to make purchases of Siticone Framework Development Team PBC's products. Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 4 days response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.
Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with Siticone Framework Development Team PBC via 2Checkout. Siticone Framework Development Team PBC may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already processed, shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
Processing costs are non-refundable, except if due to Siticone Framework Development Team PBC's error, when you need to contact Siticone Framework Development Team PBC and make a formal request.
If the refund request is granted by Siticone Framework Development Team PBC, we will issue a refund based on your original method of payment. For example payments made through PayPal will be returned to the PayPal ID, payments through Credit card to the Credit Card that made the payment, payments through Debit card to the Debit card that made the payment, etc.
When the refund is issued, we will revoke and cancel the license issued to you and disable all product activation code associated with your request.
If applicable, Siticone Framework Development Team PBC and all its partners including 2CheckOut reserve the right to hold the refund payment until Siticone Framework Development Team PBC receives a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
REFUND POLICY EXCEPTIONS:
We will not offer refunds in special cases, e.g but not limited to:
1. You made a mistake in placing the order,
2. You feel like you nolonger need the product,
3. You decompiled or break the product thus rendering it unsafe, unstable or unusable,
4. You used someone's money to order the product.

STUDENT PURCHASES TERMS
These terms apply to all educational, student, teacher and classroom uses of Siticone Framework and other products sold here on this website:
We are committed to the success of students, teachers, education and other educational research programmes, hence we have created several affordable and relatively cheaper pricing plan for these purposes.
Educational plans are only intended for real students from real schools and institutions and real teachers/professors teaching at real schools.
Educational plans are not to be used for commercial projects or open source projects.
After every successful educational purchase, we will make a background check on the details provided. If we cannot verify the school or the student, we will cancel the subscription immediately with no prospect of a refund. The refund will be used to cover the Account Closure expenses incurred.
These scenarios will trigger an account closure, license blocking and no-refund actions:
The school cannot be verified.
The student has left the school nor is nolonger part of the school.
The student cannot be verified.
The provided information is false.
The educational license is used to develop a commercial product, be it as a major or minor component of the product.
To help verify the school, and the student, we will request the following information:
1. The Student ID
2. The School Name
3. The School Website
4. The School Location
5. The School Location
6. The School Location
7. The School Principal Fullname and contact details
8. The Student Location
9. The Student Transcript (Not older than 12 months)
10. any other student identifiable information.
